Access to some of the hosted systems is restricted by firewalls. To access these systems you will need to connect to Neon's VPN.

The VPN is provide via Neon's leased-line. It has a uncontended 200Mbps up+down connection.

Don't forget to disconnect

Once done with access, don't forget to disconnect. Otherwise, you may find you have slower than typical Internet speeds.

If you require access to a service and they require an IP address to open it up to, please use the host IP as specified above.
